Gerardo Pinoargote - born and raised in the Salinas area, Gerardo moved to the U.S. for college, became a dual citizen and spent many years working there in corporate accounting.  Several years ago he moved back home to Salinas with his wife, Amy, and two young children.  Gerardo's local knowledge is invaluable in helping you find the best area properties and getting an inside look at life in Ecuador.  Gerardo is also a  founding investor in the beachfront Spondylus 2 condo complex.

Amy Pinoargote - originally from Pennsylvania, Amy went to college in Florida and spent more than 10 years working in sales and marketing, before relocating to Salinas with Gerardo.  Along with her husband she founded Spondylus Ecuador.  Through marketing partherships she has grown the reach of of their company to hundreds of thousands of people interested in real estate in Ecuador.
